Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VerifyFlow in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cygnus Digital Advertising Media Services OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India.

The Service

VerifyFlow provides email address verification services using SMTP probing, DNS resolution, and proprietary deliverability intelligence. Our platform classifies email addresses into four categories — Safe, Protected, Risky, and Dead — to help businesses assess list quality before sending campaigns.

The service is provided on a credit-based model. You purchase verification credits, which are consumed as emails are processed. VerifyFlow operates on a one-time credit purchase model with no recurring charges.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use VerifyFlow
• One account per individual or organisation — duplicate accounts are prohibited
• You may not share your account credentials with any third party

Credits

VerifyFlow operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed during verification operations.

• Credits never expire — they remain in your account indefinitely
• All verified results (Safe, Protected, Risky, Dead) consume one credit each. Emails that return no result are not charged.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• In the event of account termination due to Terms violation, unused credits are forfeited without refund

Acceptable Use

You agree to use VerifyFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service to build, verify, or enrich email lists for spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our verification infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to submit email addresses at a rate that exceeds normal usage patterns
• Resell or redistribute verification results as a standalone product without explicit written permission
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Accuracy and Warranty Disclaimer

VerifyFlow employs industry-standard SMTP probing and DNS resolution techniques to verify email addresses. However, email deliverability is influenced by factors outside our control, including mail server configurations, temporary blocks, and provider-level restrictions.

We are not liable for bounce rates, sender reputation damage, or campaign outcomes that result from acting on verification results.

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

• All prices are displayed in USD (international) or INR (India), inclusive of applicable taxes
• Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation
• We do not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled by Razorpay
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice via email

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to VerifyFlow at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@veriflowb2b.com. Unused credits remaining at the time of voluntary account closure are eligible for refund under our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cygnus Digital Advertising Media Services OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use VerifyFlow.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of VerifyFlow after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
