Refund Policy

VerifyFlow credits are a prepaid digital service. Our refund policy is straightforward: if you haven't used your credits and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Overview

We stand behind the quality of our verification engine. If VerifyFlow doesn't work as described, or if you change your mind within 7 days of an unused purchase, we will make it right. This policy applies to all credit pack purchases made through our platform.

VerifyFlow operates on a prepaid credit model with no recurring charges. All purchases are final once any credits have been consumed.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • 7-day unused window — You have not consumed any credits and you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date
  • Technical billing error — You were charged incorrectly due to a fault in our payment processing system (e.g. double-charged, wrong amount billed)
  • Extended service outage — VerifyFlow was completely inaccessible for 72 or more consecutive hours following your payment, preventing any use of the credits purchased

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Any credits have been consumed — even a single verification disqualifies the entire purchase from refund eligibility
  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • The account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with verification accuracy that falls within the confidence ranges stated on our platform
  • Incorrect email addresses submitted for verification — we verify what you submit
  • Credits transferred from promotional offers, free trials, or admin top-ups

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are handled directly by our support team. Please follow these steps:

Provide your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your account to verify credit usage and eligibility. We will respond within 3 business days.

Refund is processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the timeline is as follows:

  • Razorpay processes the refund within 1–2 business days of our approval
  • Your bank or card issuer typically reflects the credit within 5–7 business days
  • UPI and net banking refunds may be faster — typically 1–3 business days

Refund timelines are subject to your bank's processing schedule. VerifyFlow has no control over how quickly your financial institution posts the credit to your account.
